Refunds will only be accepted if the customer has the original receipt for textbooks and merchandise. NO CASH REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN WITHOUT A RECEIPT. An in-store credit may be issued for authorized refunds without a receipt.
The last day to receive a full refund for textbook rental fees and purchased textbooks with a receipt is eight (8) days after the Fall Term begins, which is Wednesday, September 11, 2024. All books purchased or rented after this date are non refundable.
The last day to opt out of Inclusive Access (IA) course materials is Wednesday, September 11, 2024, before being charged to the student's account. No refunds will be processed after this date. All initiated opt in transactions after this date are not refundable.
Refunds for all other merchandise will be allowed up to four weeks from the date of purchase.
Refunds will be issued the same way of purchase.
Exceptions would include:
Cash refunds will be given for check purchases (after 48 hours from the date the check is written).
Credit card refunds can be given for purchases made by cash.
Any website purchases may be refunded within four weeks of the date of purchase less any shipping costs.
Merchandise previously worn or used is not refundable unless defective.
Packaged merchandise must be unopened and in the original packaging for a full refund. There is a 25% restocking fee for any package returned in the original packaging.
Returned special ordered items will be charged a $10 restocking fee.
