• Refunds will only be accepted if the customer has the original receipt for textbooks and merchandise.
• The last day to receive a full refund for textbook rental fees and purchased textbooks with a receipt is eight (8) days after the Fall Term begins
  • Full Fall Term begins August 31, 2026 the last day to return is September 9, 2026.
  • Sub Term 1 begins August 31, 2026 and the last day to return is September 9, 2026.
  • Sub Term 2 begins October 26, 2026 and the last day to return is November 3, 2026.
    All books purchased and rented after this date are not refundable.
• The last day to opt out of Inclusive Access (IA) course materials before being charged to the student's account is:
  • Full Fall Term begins August 31, 2026 the last day to return is September 9, 2026.
  • Sub Term 1 begins August 31, 2026 and the last day to return is September 9, 2026.
  • Sub Term 2 begins October 26, 2026 and the last day to return is November 3, 2026.
    No refunds will be processed after this date. Inclusive Access course materials will be charged on the student account. All initiated opt-in transactions after this date are not refundable. 
• Refunds will be issued:
  • No Cash Refunds Will be Given
  • Credit/Debit Card refunds for Credit/Debit Card purchases.
  • Credit/Debit Card refunds for Check Purchases (after 48 hours from the date the check is written).
  • Gift Certificate refunds for Gift Certificate purchase.
    
• Refunds for all other merchandise will be allowed up to four weeks from the date of purchase.
• Merchandise previously worn or used is not refundable unless defective.
• Packaged merchandise must be unopened and in the original package for a full refund. 
• Returned special ordered items will be charged a $10.00 restocking fee. 
• Any website purchases may be refunded within four weeks of the date of purchase less any shipping costs. Even exchanges will incur a $10.00 restocking fee.
